 When the patented locking device is raised, the anchoring pole can be moved at virtually any angle.  This 360 degree rotation means that the boat can be "poled" in any direction.  This internal mechanism makes it all possible.

The patented locking device holds the pole in a vertical position when it is set.  This provides a quiet, secure hold to the bottom of the lake or stream.
